2024 Women’s Leadership Conference Announces Leadership Coach Ellen Steinlein to Keynote

Keynote speaker Ellen Steinlein

Ellen Steinlein, a master facilitator at Fierce, a global leadership development company, will present the keynote and dynamic interactive workshop at the Women’s Leadership Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The keynote is sponsored by Alcon.

This year’s event features a new format and new time, packing great, actionable content into a two-hour program.

Steinlein brings 16 years of experience as a researcher and practitioner of industrial organizational psychology to this year’s keynote: Asking for What You Want.

“Join us as we explore one of the most powerful acts we can engage in: asking for what we want. This simple act has the potential to reshape your life, your career and your relationships,” Steinlein says. “We’ll explore barriers to why we don’t ask, the value of asking and introduce three transformational ideas that will elevate the quality of your conversations and relationships. Whether you’re asking for more resources to support your work, negotiating a contract or setting boundaries, you’ll learn six key tips to practice every time you make a request.”

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Steinlein is an experienced leadership coach in all phases of hiring, performance management and professional development. Prior to joining Fierce, Steinlein has worked in various roles to champion employee engagement initiatives focused on providing leaders with the tools and training to successfully develop high-performance teams and improve employee engagement and retention.

She holds a BS in global business and a BA in psychology. As an undergraduate she spent her junior year at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where she developed her
passion for organizational psychology. She has a Master of Science from San
Francisco State University in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and she is a
Gallup-trained Strengths Coach.

Attendees to the Women’s Leadership Conference can expect a high level of engagement from Steinlein, as well as plan ways they can put her six tips into play.
