Based in South Florida, US Ophthalmic has been in business since 1992. US Ophthalmic is the leading distributor of high quality ophthalmic and medical equipment in the United States. In 2002, US Ophthalmic relocated its headquarters and warehouse to Doral, Florida.

“At US Ophthalmic, our mission is to make advanced eye care technology accessible through a unique combination of affordability, quality and dedicated customer service,” said Matias Lancewicki, COO of US Ophthalmic. “Our partnership with Eyecare Republic allows us to reach even more independent practices with the tools and support they need to deliver outstanding patient care and grow sustainably.”

This new partnership aims to reinforce the group’s commitment to improving patient care and supporting independent practitioners in the field of optometry. Eyecare Republic, founded by optometrists Justin Weigel, OD, and Neal Troyer, OD, officially launched in April 2024.

Eyecare Republic is dedicated to equipping its members with the resources and support necessary to stay at the forefront.
