Is Halloween Back or Has COVID Scared it Away?

When we asked this question in 2019, 21% of respondents said they were all in for Halloween decor and costumes. Another 59% said they were “moderately” in. Last year, the percentage of respondents who chose to get involved in the spooky fun decreased.
