Online Reviews Most Common Patient Satisfaction Measurement Used

Despite the adage “what you measure, improves,” using patient satisfaction measurement tools for staff training seems to be a fairly low priority.

It’s possible that practices feel like their patient satisfaction ratings in online reviews reinforce that they’re in a good place. As one respondent wrote, “Review ratings are of consistently high quality. We don’t track quantity.”

But another realized that maybe a piece of the puzzle is missing, saying, “We have not really measured and therefore do not know.”

For those who do try to measure patient or customer satisfaction, online reviews are the most common.
