Make a Statement with Stylish Lighting

The lighting in your space can quickly set the mood of your office environment, leaving a welcoming impression on browsing patients and customers and allowing eyewear colors to pop on their displays and during the try-on experience, as well.

Lighting fixtures also add a dash of personality into the design, and often have been mentioned as a splurge purchase in our conversations with ODs. Here are a few favorite lights that showcase the careful consideration that these practice owners took when finalizing their spaces.

When you arrive at Cushing Vision Center, you can’t miss the striking, sputnik-style chandelier above the front desk. It’s just one of the design choices made by Jessica Fielding Zwanziger, OD, as her family’s practice grew and needed to relocate to a new space. See more.

It’s tough to chose our favorite lighting fixture at EYES on Westlake. Blythe McPherson, OD, brought together some unique choices to light up her space. Which is your favorite? See more.

We love this simple yet stylish, glowing chandelier above the reception desk at Socialeyes Eye Studio. Lynn Markose, OD, and Tamanh “Tammy” Nguyen, OD, selected this perfect focal point for the space that offers patients a luxurious experience with careful attention paid to all of the details of their visit. After a fire destroyed their carefully designed practice in September 2017, Julie Brown, OD, and Shannon Zollinger, OD, moved into a temporary office space on their property as they rebuilt. These bright light fixtures line the open reception and optical, and their unique shape and styling matches the space’s decor. See more.
